1) Products and usage license

All BrainStack products are digital resources (PDFs, printable files, templates, guides). When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly

• Upload products to Telegram groups, Google Drive links, or file-sharing sites

• Claim BrainStack content as your own

2) Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via:

• On-screen download link, and/or

• Email delivery to the address provided at checkout

It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address. If you do not receive access, contact [email protected] with your payment ID/order ID.

3) Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4) Accuracy of content

We aim to keep content accurate and updated, but educational content may evolve. BrainStack may update products periodically. Access terms (if you offer updates) should be stated on each product page.

5) Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

6) Limitation of liability

BrainStack provides educational resources for learning support. We are not responsible for outcomes such as exam results, rankings, admissions, or scores because these depend on multiple factors outside our control.

7) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad.
