Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because BrainStack sells digital products that are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” after access or download. This is a common digital content policy across Indian education sites.

We do consider refunds in the cases below.

Eligible refund cases

Duplicate payment
If you were charged twice for the same order.

Payment successful but access not received
If payment is successful but you cannot access the product due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours after you contact support (share payment ID/order ID). This approach is commonly used by education merchants.

Wrong product delivered
If you received the wrong file/product due to our error and we cannot provide the correct product.

Non-refundable cases

• Change of mind after purchase

• Not using the product

• Inability to use the product due to lack of compatible device/software

• Sharing/redistribution detected (license violation)

• Partial completion or dissatisfaction not related to access issues

Refund timeline

If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount, depending on the payment method.
